I am looking to speak with experienced CRM Managers to lead and execute the CRM strategy for a premium hospitality business following a major investment sign off.
The objective of the CRM strategy is to transform the existing CRM into a highly personalised and sophisticated communication channel to ensure the brand stands out in a highly competitive market.
You must have experience in leading on a CRM transformation project from end to end, ideally within a retail, leisure, travel or hospitality brand. Premium or luxury experience is a bonus.
The role is paying up to £55,000 depending on experience. Line management experience is preferred.
