CRM Executive

Carter Murray have exclusively partnered with a leading retailer based in London, who are looking for an experienced CRM Executive to join their marketing team.

Responsible for communicating with their customers, creating engaging email campaigns and driving revenue for the retailer.

Responsibilities –

• Working closely with the Marketing Manager to create email communications to achieve commercial targets
• Creating suitable email copy and ensuring tone of voice is consistent
• Working closely with the Buying & Merchandising team to ensure campaigns are prepared in good time
• Managing the customer journey and ensuring all emails are customer-centric
• Managing the customer database to increase personalisation and send relevant communications to their customers
• Accurate reporting on email campaigns and recommending follow up actions
• Automating emails where possible

Experience & Skills

• Marketing experience, specifically CRM, in a retail environment
• Ideally 1 year experience of CRM/Email Marketing
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Creative and analytical
