A UK based membership organisation focused on sustainability, the environment and the countryside are looking for a CRM Campaigns Manager to lead the CRM system and efforts to engage with its members through an omni-channel approach. The business has invested in a new CRM platform and after a recent restructure is now looking to grow its membership base whilst delivering a best in class experience to their current members. Role is based in London, with flexibility around homeworking.
You will work closely with the Marketing Director and the wider team to drive revenue by creating and executing marketing strategies, you will be responsible for growth and retention of the customer base. This is a great role for someone who is data led, who can develop best practice and performance metrics to compliment the CRM system and other technologies.
You will be fully accountable and responsible for the customer contact strategies and improvement of member engagement. You will create content, produce monthly reports and ensure that all contact is relevant and engaging whether it be through email, SMS, push or other campaigns. You will be experience in AB test and analytics for continuous improvements.
To be considered for this position you will have held a similar role as a CRM Campaigns expert, be skilled in the duties above and be interested in sustainability and the environment. You will need to have been part of a CRM implementation or overhaul and been involved in establishing reporting, setting KPIs and the continuous improvement of the customer lifecycle through CRM Campaigns to grow revenue.
