There is an opportunity to join one of the worlds leading insurers in a Corporate Affairs Manager role. This position will be responsible for digital communications and the intranet platform, enhancing and implementing a digital communications strategy. Working within a corporate affairs team that covers 23 markets, this role will have regional and global coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Support in the management of our intranet platform, mobile app and email broadcasts
  • Create engaging corporate content that inspires employees and aligns them to the brand.
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to source and produce news stories in different formats.
  • Ensure a multi-channel approach to content creation that looks at how to tell the best story in the best format.
  • Provide support to the Director Corporate Affairs in producing campaigns and content for our Group functions
  • Provide monthly reporting on our communications channels to key stakeholders.
  • Use the analytics to make recommendations on our content strategy and adjustments to our content calendar as necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years’ experience in a communication or related field environment
  • Ability to write and present clearly in English.
  • Demonstrated experience in the successful development and execution of integrated communications campaigns that cascade across multiple channels, platforms and audiences.
  • An understanding of the different storytelling formats available and how to tell the right story in the right format for the right audience.
  • A deep understanding of digital and social platforms, how best to display content and engage audiences.
  • A knowledge of Outlook and basic html is helpful.
  • Ability to stay aligned with overall strategic direction, while applying diligence and attention to detail in execution and reliably meeting deadlines.
  • Professional maturity and ability to work effectively across levels, functions, regions and backgrounds.
