Responsibilities within the role include:
- Manage the social media conversation across all channels including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Twitter
- Strong skills in building a social media community
- Experience in managing both positive and negative commentary on social channels
My client is looking for a candidates that have experience managing social channels and conversation previously, in particular managing crisis communications.
