Communications Specialist
Our client is hiring multiple Communications Specialists for various Oil & Gas functions. They would support the implementation of the strategy and help deliver robust communications programs and plans for the directorate in support of the client’s corporate culture and values and continuously helps to enhance measurable engagement.
Key Functions
- Develop and implement consistent and realistic operational plans for the directorate and related group companies and ensures that the corporate functions are integrated and aligned with the overarching Group Communication strategy.
- Develop and implements communication plans by defining objectives, metrics, communication tools, channels, and target audiences. These should all be aligned to the business requirements and expectations.
- Analyses and reviews the effectiveness of communication messages, tools, and channels, and continuously identifies improvements to the communication strategy to ensure that communication is consistently and continually focused on driving business results.
- Plans and supervises engagement and stakeholder awareness opportunities to support strategic initiatives and programs.
- Supports in helping develop and manage content and the story development ambitions and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of communication strategy development and implementation experience.
- Hands-on knowledge and experience in delivering all aspects of the marketing / communication mix, particularly creating promotional literature, event management, and various media tools.
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas operations and various sectors, and ability to lead the delivery of tailored solutions in line with specific business requirements.
- Strong knowledge of the market and using behaviour analysis tools.
- Strong written communications skills
