Hybrid working – 3-4 days a week in the office

Exciting opportunity to join our client, a highly reputable, dynamic and growing financial services business. This is a newly created role to join the expanding communications team which is responsible for internal and external communications, events and government affairs. You’ll be managing a range of internal and external communication activities, with a focus on internal communications. You’ll need at least 2 years’ experience working in corporate communications and/or internal communications gained in the financial services sector. Strong writing skills are essential.

You’ll support the planning and delivery of communications initiatives, with a focus on internal communications and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the intranet and ensuring content is up-to-date
  • Coordinating and drafting all employee communications
  • drafting the monthly employee newsletter
  • Managing corporate photography
  • Working with third party design agencies
  • Provide support with website updates and event communications

Skills & Experience

  • Experienced in internal communications and/or a corporate communications role gained in the financial services sector
  • Strong writing skills/ideally with experience in writing content for different channels such as newsletters, the intranet and websites
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience of working with design agencies would be helpful but not essential
