Communications Business Partner

Carter Murray have exclusively partnered with an exciting and growing charity based in London who are looking for a Communications Business Partner to join their team.

The Role

As Communications Business Partner you will help to drive the visibility for the charity and implement an external communications strategy.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and executing the external communications plan to create brand visibility, build reputation and encourage engagement with target audiences
• Define and advise colleagues of best practice communications strategy
• Manage media enquiries and maximise opportunities for favourable coverage
• Work closely with the Head of Content to develop communications for the website and social media
• Support the charity’s presence and visibility and external events
• Able to deputise for the Head of External Communications as required

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years relevant communications experience
• Proven ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong understanding of communication channels, including PR, Digital and Social Media
