This position reports to the Marketing Director of Customer Experience, Brand and Client Relationships and will be working closely for the Managing Director of Australia. You will be responsible for establishing external client needs and supporting them appropriately with a suite of marketing materials. There will also a team of between 8-10 advisors, managers and coordinators, reporting to you, and you will work closely with practice leads across the broader business in Australia.
Your remit will cover:
- The Client Experience Programme
- Communications (internal and external)
- Budget and P&L reporting
- Client and Market mapping / opportunity identification
- Leadership and personal development plans for a large team of direct reports
In order to be considered for this position you must have experience working in a dual role where you have managed external client needs as well as a full marketing strategy. You will have presence dealing with senior stakeholders and will have demonstrable experience motivating and driving a team of diverse individuals. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are also very important. Ideally you will be coming from a consultancy, engineering or built environment firm, however this isn't a strict pre-requisite, and broader professional services candidates will also be considered.
