NEW Client Relationship Executive role with leading commercial property firm.
Working with the Head of Business Development, and as part of the client relationship team, this Client Relationship Executive role will provide support in the delivery of key account management for a defined group of clients for the Occupier Services and Commercial Agency (OSCA) Division of this Commercial Property firm.
You will monitor business updates and undertake research on an identified group of occupier clients to include data mining and analytics from capturing and managing clients through the CRM system to identifying client lease expires. You will map the office portfolio of clients to the firm's network and organise quarterly sector calls with Client Relationship Partners. You will manage the client tracker and related reporting and identify and promote opportunities for cross selling. You will liaise with marketing and research on client deliverables such as seminars and events.
Successful candidates will have previous Business development/client relationship experience from the professional services. You will have strong influencing skills and the ability to build successful working relationships with senior stakeholders.
