Carter Murray have partnered with one of the leading, global, financial services training agencies - Part of a highly regarded wider Group - who are seeking to appoint a Client Relationship Director, London based.
The purpose of this commercial role is to manage an existing, defined client portfolio of strategic accounts and grow these through forming strong relationships with client contacts across the organisation. You will work with your clients to understand their needs and, working with our subject-matter-experts, to design solutions to address these needs. In doing so, you will achieve or exceed an agreed revenue target.
Successful candidates will be able to show a history of selling tailored solutions to large Financial Services Institutions (FI's). You will have a consultative approach to selling, being able to listen to your client's needs considering any special requirements and offering them the best solution. You will also have a history of working within a commercially targeted environment and be comfortable taking on an explicit revenue target.
You will partner with approximately 20 FI clients across the UK & Europe to build bespoke learning solutions that fit the client's needs.
