For our client a global operating and growing business with focus on payments and money transfer, we are currently looking in central europe for a flexible person, who is willing to travel to Liechtenstein on a weekly basis.

Chief Executive Officer (m/w/d)

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability.
  • Set the tone of the business from a regulatory and compliance perspective.
  • Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to maintain the company’s position as a market leader in payments solutions.
  • Lead the sales and business development teams to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and segments, leveraging your expertise in sales leadership.
  • Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Implement best practices and operational processes to streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and operational metrics to track performance and drive operational improvements.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members to maximize their potential and drive results.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent to strengthen the organization’s capabilities and fuel growth.
  • Ensure financial sustainability and profitability by effectively managing costs, margins, and investments.

Your Profile:

  • Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, with at least 10 years of experience as a Sales Director, General Manager, or Country Manager.
  • Extensive experience in the payments industry or related field, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and achieve business objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a culture of excellence, and drive results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
