This is a senior communications position where you will be required to create and manage the communications plan for the transformation programme. You will be preparing all communications materials, and working with local communications teams across the UK and Asia to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment on timing of execution. You will use a variety of communication channels and will work very closely with the Group Communications team. The role will require you to measure performance of activities and gather insights to continuously improve.
The ideal candidate must be available immediately and have extensive experience in internal and change communications within a global business environment. You must be confident managing a large stakeholder audience including senior management. It is desirable that you have previous retail sector experience.
