Business Solutions Manager/Sr. Manager
Looking for a Business Solutions Manager/Sr. Manager to join their Business Solutions team (location open to Singapore or Hong Kong).
The Business Solutions Manager/Sr. Manager will be responsible for providing strategic consulting to our clients in the Financial Services and Travel Industry on how to enhance the impact of their loyalty programs and elevate their end-customer experience. As part of the process, they will work closely with business development and account management teams and be responsible to train and enable them on best practice, as well as develop relevant market facing solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Work with internal and client teams to dentify market needs/opportunities
- Align with Product, Data, and Tech teams to develop best practice solutions (product/service) that are right-sized for market/region
- Support and enable internal teams and build capabilities
- Participate in new business opportunities
- Provide pre-sales consulting in terms of alignment workshops, program design sessions etc.
- Possess and demonstrate a full understanding of the client’s business/issues (and industry) and be viewed as the expert advisor both internally and externally
- Lead senior level client relationships and client workshop sessions as an articulate and effective host/presenter, further developing your ‘trusted advisor status
- Develop internal and external thought leadership around loyalty best practices, and future trends
Candidate requirements:
- 10+ years experience in financial or proffesional services OR experience working in CRM and digital marketing agencies or brand loyalty
- Understanding of how card CVPs are built. Experience managing credit card P&L is a plus
