Business Development Manager – HVAC

Currently a small but mighty team, leveraging off our existing products, expertise, and global capacity under the wider Group, we are in full growth mode to establish capability and, importantly, customer reach in Australia.

The Role

  • Develop and grow existing HVAC products and brand with dealers, installers and resellers that will deliver sustained profitable growth.
  • These opportunities would suit motivated Business Development Managers who use data and insights to develop winning strategies, turning leads into long-term customers and creating enduring business partnerships.
  • You will develop and nurture new and existing relationships, providing a value proposition that cultivates momentum for the brand, vision and products.
  • This is an opportunity to grow one of the largest global air-conditioning brand in the local market of Australia!

The Ideal Candidate

  • Results driven, and you will relish the opportunity to work with, and contribute to, a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • You believe in building effective relationships and maintaining a reputation of reliability and trust.
  • Heating ventilation and air conditioning industry exposure
  • Experience in successfully growing a brand is important.
  • You will have a proven track record of converting cold approaches in to enduring customer relationships to deliver profitable growth.
  • Understanding of sales planning and prioritisation would be beneficial.
  • You will think like an owner, understanding and focusing on what creates business value, then act and be accountable for outcomes.
  • You will be a confident presenter and negotiator with the ability to influence, and you can skilfully articulate reasons why our offer is unique in the market.
