About the role and the opportunity

  • Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will actively develop your own leads and clients within a specified industry sector
  • Grow business from existing customers through referrals and via expansion
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with brokers, agents, prospects and customers
  • Develop a high level of territory knowledge within all the following areas: competition, industry segments, market segments, target companies
  • With the support of a lead generation team, you will actively propsepct accounts to generate sales
  • Lead the sales process from enquiry generation to negotiation and closing deals
  • Provide accurate and detailed sales pipeline of identified and proposed opportunities
  • Review and develop sales approaches, guidelines, training, and best practices to ensure we maintain a competitive edge

Skills and experience sought

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline preferred
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in B2B sales, commercial leasing, account management or client services
  • Experience in co-working, serviced office, commercial real estate, hospitality or sales related role
  • Proven success in lead generation and business development
  • You will need to be results oriented and hungry for success
  • A passion to be a sales hunter and with proven negotiation skills
  • An ability to work under pressure in a dynamic working environment with minimal supervision
