Business Development Executive – Real Estate
This Business Development Executive position sits within a property consultancy and will support in delivering the full mix of BD and Marcomms activities covering client targeting and management, preparing pitch presentations and client facing materials as well as implementing and managing innovative campaigns and events within the Marketing and BD team.
Within this Business Development Executive role, you will assist on the creation of both generic and tailored presentations for clients either in templates or by working with the in-house graphics team, liaise with fee earners to ensure client plans are updated and progress tracked and provide additional support to the central team in implementing the firm-wide key client programme, as necessary. Identifying and co-ordinating positive news stories across the teams’ transactional and advisory activities will also be a key focus for this role, to ensure these are strategically promoted, working in association with the in-house press team. Furthermore, a focus of this role will also surround supporting the events team in planning, co-ordinating, and proactively managing seminars and client events, taking ownership for update an events calendar working alongside the Central Team.
The successful candidate for this role will have a Business Development and Events experience from a professional services environment, with real estate exposure.
