The Business Development Executive will collaborate with several senior managers and support the wider business development team, to produce professional, high quality and proactive content to aid the strategic plan. It is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to multiple stakeholders and for those looking to step up and have autonomy and responsibility of the work produced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Business Development team in preparing pitch materials and other client-facing credentials including producing research reports.
  • Working with the Business Development team to help with updating practice area content descriptions in both hard copy documents and on the website.
  • Using the CRM system to create and update marketing lists and collate reports to support business development activities. Advising fee earners on the best use of the CRM system, ensuring high levels of engagement across the firm, and identifying opportunities for improved use.

Candidate profile:

  • A minimum of two years working a business development position in a similar professional services firm is essential, and CIM qualifications are desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill are essential, and the ability to maintain exceptional attention to detail whilst working multiple tasks.
  • A team player who will add value to the firm, but able to challenge the status quo and manage expectations of stakeholders.
