A fast expanding company in a key grocery category is looking for a Brand Manager to deliver the brand strategies for certain products. The successful person will come from an FMCG background with a wealth of experience in brand marketing and strategy. The company is very innovative in their marketing and branding, and their products are performing incredible well and launching internationally too.
- Create and expand the brand image, placing and communication to the market
- Full brand management and ownership of the performance of the brand
- Develop a long-term brand strategy and brand activation plan
- Research and monitor trends and activity in the market
- Design and deliver the long term strategic pipeline
- Take the lead on developing a communications strategy across the full marketing mix
- Engage stakeholders internally and externally through working relationships
- A marketing, category back ground in the FMCG space
- The ability to lead and build a team in brand marketing
- Project management experience with high level of communication
- International experience would be a major benefit
