Bids Executive

This Bids Executive role is positioned in a collaborative Bids team within a leading international Accountancy and business advisory firm. This role supports the Bids & Pursuits team to meet its overall objectives. You will get the chance to lead aspects of the bid yourself whilst being supported by experienced, professional team members who win and keep major clients.

Within this Bids Executive role, you will be involved in developing draft project plans and updating project plans to meet deadlines. Additionally, you will be leading on the document production to support bids activities, including booking and briefing design resources, day-to-day liaison with design team, and reviewing of collateral to ensure it is of a high standard. This Bids Executive will play a key part in the development and promotion of best practice systems and procedures, including bid tools, methodologies, templates, and credentials information. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to take part in training activities within the team and wider firm and through private study as part of your commitment to personal and career development.

The successful candidate role will have had bids/pitch exposure within a professional services environment.
