BD Operations Manager-

This Business Development Operations Manager role sits within an innovative leading global law firm. The team are looking to bring this Business Development Operations Manager in drive forward best practice and oversee the improvement of BD processes and wider projects and initiatives to ensure a high quality standards and consistent delivery.

The Business Development Operations Manager role will take a lead role in practice and sector initiatives and project manage the different cross functional processes through building strong relationships internally. You will take ownership and manage projects end to end and work with team’s on their activities and identify training needs.. You will work with the senior management team across the business to come up with plans and manage expectations.

The successful candidate will have previous Business Development, Operations experience from the professional services and be able to drive change and lead on processes.
