ASSISTANT MANAGER - EVENTS
BASED IN LONDON
£30,000 - £40,000 + BENEFITS
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious events professional looking to build upon their experience to join a highly successful global insurance firm. As part of our client's continuous growth strategy, they are looking to appoint an Assistant Manager - Events to join their growing Communications team. You will come from a communications/PR/events background and have a high level of confidence and experience in dealing with key stakeholders and board members.
You will play a key role in establishing the 12-month rolling events calendar for the company events and assist in producing inspirational and engaging videos for the company websites and social media channels. You will be the go-to person for external agencies and will be working closely with key stakeholders across the group.
To be successful in this role:
- Strong ability to deal with people at all levels
- Experience delivering communication and event plans and strategy
- Experience producing videos
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Financial Services would be nice to have but not essential
