Due to exciting portfolio developments and internal promotions we are looking for a Brand Manager and an Assistant Brand Manager to help us grow our business to yet another level.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, both roles will help drive our NPD platform as well as assisting with brand responsibility for our existing portfolio as well as developing your own IP. You will be keen to discover new opportunities for brand extensions as well as maximising and leveraging those opportunities. These are hands on roles where you will be involved in the full marketing mix from helping to develop strategy, leading NPD within your portfolio and be responsible for BTL communications to drive awareness, trial and subsequent launch. You will work with the team on pricing, packaging and promotional activity.
We are seeking candidates with a classical marketing background from an FMCG food or non-food business ideally within a branded environment. With a good degree, ideally business/marketing related, you will demonstrate your successful brand or product management experience. Your proven ability to analyse and interpret data coupled with your sound commercial skills will be second to none. With a genuine passion for marketing success, you will also have excellent organisational and communication skills and be happy to use your creativity and marketing ingenuity within the team. For the Assistant Brand Manager role we will consider graduate candidates with a marketing placement. For the Brand Manager position you will be able to demonstrate brand management success and have worked as an Assistant Brand Manager or Marketing Executive.
