Area Sales Manager (m/f/w)
Our client is a leading international company specializing in technology-based solutions for soil reinforcement in foundation engineering. The company’s goal is to develop a customized ground improvement system that meets project price and time constraints. This achieved through cost-effective designs that provide high bearing capacities (up to 10,000 psf), better settlement control and shorter construction times. There is no soil type or structure that cannot be handled. As a result, our client is setting new standards in geotechnical foundation management.
For the strategic and operational expansion, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager DACH (m/f/d).
- Establishment and expansion of target customers from various segments such as (special) civil engineering, infrastructure, power & energy and many more
- Technical responsibility for the DACH sales region with the goal of finding additional partners
- Responsibility for the short, medium and long-term sales and marketing strategy of the DACH region in coordination with the overall global strategy
- Strategic and operational development of key clients
- Penetration of the German-speaking market
- Ensuring challenging but achievable sales targets based on market and competitive analysis
- Representation of the company at trade fairs, seminars and trade associations
- Broad fundamental knowledge of customer needs in the building construction market
- Experience as Sales or Business Development Manager in Drilling or Civil Engineering.
- Strong technical background in civil engineering, ground improvement solutions or similar
- Appropriate degree of civil engineering and process knowledge
- Experience in sales or project management in sales
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Power Point
- Fluent in German and English
