Affiliate Marketing Manager
As the Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will hold the important role of overseeing all Affiliate Marketing and Partnership strategies, working across a small number of well-known and exciting clients. This is also an opportunity to own the Affiliate Marketing channel and build upon the current client portfolio, carving out your own path for the team and partners.
The Role
Working closely with the Head of Digital Media, performance team, and wider team, you’ll be responsible for implementing and managing Affiliate activity across a small number of clients.
To add more context, this role will be responsible for:
- Delivering an overall excellent service and high relationship management to all clients. Building strong relationships with Affiliates, clients and networks through the delivery of high-standard reports and communication.
- Creating, delivering and reporting on tailored Affiliate Marketing programs that incorporate our client’s business and marketing objectives.
- Tailor Affiliate programs to meet key performance KPIs across the full-funnel – Clicks, Conversions, ROAS.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of each of your client’s businesses, their marketing objectives and overall business goals.
- Proactively identifying opportunities and generating ideas for your clients, to help deliver against their objectives and goals.
- Working alongside external partners, such as Content Publishers, to provide a seamless Affiliate Marketing experience for every client.
- Supporting marketing and new business development endeavours with case studies, strategy ideas and knowledge sharing.
- Playing a strong role in New Business outreach and pitching to grow the Affiliate service arm of the business.
The Experience
- Experienced: You will have a proven record of maintaining excellent partnerships and driving strong results – 2 to 3 years ideally.
- Marketing agency, or Affiliate network platform experience essential.
- Creativity: You will be able to compose creative ways to increase brand awareness, drive results, and build brilliant relationships with your clients to bring your ideas to life.
- Organised: You’ll be confident in managing a challenging workload, overseeing complex and multi-channel projects, working to deadlines and prioritising tasks to keep on top of multiple campaigns, clients and other tasks.
- Innovative and enthusiastic: You will be able to look for different ways of doing things, going above and beyond for your clients and taking calculated risks where necessary.
- An excellent communicator: You will have the ability to adapt your communication skills depending on the audience.
- Development of presentation decks is a core skill.
