Your key responsibilities will be to implement the acquisition and retention strategies set by the Marketing Leader - you will work with a range of directorates to proactively market the services and qualifications offered by the organisation.

Duties:

  • Implement the acquisition and retention strategy as developed by the Marketing Leader
  • Creation of the retention/education brand annually implementation
  • Stakeholder management
    Analytic reporting
  • Integrated Communications (IC) support
  • Development of a retention programme of activity
  • Development of all careers and education material
  • Management of volunteers
  • Produce engaging content
  • Management of careers budget
  • Increase business development opportunities
  • Development of a retention programme of activity

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in a similar role
  • An interest or experience within membership organisations / professional services
  • CIM or equivalent marketing qualification
  • Ability to work across teams
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Tact and diplomacy in dealing with often sensitive information e.g. CVs, management papers
  • Creative thinking and problem solving
  • Ability to handle pressures and deadlines, while working on multiple tasks and as part of a wider team
  • Ability to organise events, including interface with key stakeholders such as staff, volunteers, employers, universities, schools and venues
