Job Description:

They are seeking a motivated and adept Account Manager to join their dynamic team. As an Account Manager at this organization, the selected individual will be accountable for nurturing and sustaining robust client relationships, comprehending their needs, and offering personalized solutions that go beyond expectations. Close collaboration with design, production, and sales teams will be pivotal in ensuring seamless execution and fostering client contentment.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and upholding strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the principal point of contact.
  • Grasping clients’ requisites, objectives, and preferences to propose fitting custom gear solutions.
  • Collaborating with the design team to fabricate mock-ups, artwork, and designs aligned with client specifications.
  • Supplying precise and comprehensive quotes for custom products and services, guaranteeing transparency regarding pricing and deliverables.
  • Coordinating with production and logistics units to guarantee punctual order delivery and maintenance of quality benchmarks.
  • Identifying proactive opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance client involvement and revenue streams.
  • Addressing and resolving client concerns, issues, or inquiries promptly and with professionalism.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to provide insightful advice to clients.
  • Upholding meticulous and well-organized records of client correspondences, orders, and interactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales divisions to contribute to business expansion initiatives and achieve revenue targets.
  • Participating in industry events, trade expos, and networking gatherings to promote My Client’s comprehensive suite of offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or akin client-oriented roles.
  • Aptitude for effective interpersonal and communication skills, both in written and verbal contexts.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion skills, instrumental in securing deals and achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Capability to discern client requirements and translate them into inventive custom gear solutions.
  • Acute attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational skills to proficiently manage diverse clients and concurrent projects.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and other pertinent business tools.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with the capacity to work autonomously and cohesively within a team structure.
  • Familiarity with the customization and merchandise domain is a valuable asset.
