Account Manager – Existing Accounts -$100k base
My client is a world leading SaaS orgainsation who sell Enterprise Content Management and Digital Document Storage solutions into Enterprise clients across Financial Services and other sectors. Due to expansion and growth they are looking to recruit an Account Manager
The Role:
- Maintaining the communication cycle with clients
- Renewals, Upsell and Cross-Sell new products and services to your clients
- Management of a client portfolio of 100 clients.
- Regular business reviews to align client ROI.
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve issues and learn the latest product features.
- Attend client sites for face-to-face visits.
- Provide onsite and remote product demonstrations.
- Work proactively and positively with the wider team including Sales, Analysts, Customer Support and Marketing to coordinate and drive the full value of our solutions for our clients.
- Manage the pipeline book of business from opportunity initiation through the delivery lifecycle.
The ideal candidate
- 3+ years’ experience Account Management
- Previous experience dealing with C level Exec’s
- Previous experience managing Financial Service clients an advantage
- Demonstrated and consistent over-achievement of monthly sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills
