Employers are always looking for the best sales talent on the market and often ask us how they can attract candidates \u2013 but many of these professionals aren\u2019t actively looking for a new job. According to LinkedIn<\/a>, 70% of the world\u2019s candidates are passive but an incredible 94% of them are open to moving for the right opportunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So how can you find the right sales talent for your business?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finding and attracting sales talent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

According to LinkedIn, mid to senior level sales professionals in the UK are changing jobs after just 2.2 years on average. While the majority of these candidates aren\u2019t actively job-searching, this data shows that they\u2019re likely to consider a change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many actively job-seeking professionals might not have the right skillsets or experience for the role you\u2019re filling, so it\u2019s important you\u2019re able to tap into the passive market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
