The successful candidate will play a key role in managing strategic pursuits, proposals, and panel opportunities, working closely with partners and stakeholders to develop compelling, client-focused submissions that drive business growth.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and support the full bids and pursuits lifecycle, from opportunity qualification through to submission, presentations, and post-bid reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Develop compelling, client-focused proposals, tender responses, and panel submissions aligned to strategic growth objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with partners and business development colleagues to identify winning strategies, key messaging, and differentiators for major opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market, client, and stakeholder research to support pursuit planning and opportunity development.<\/li>\n<li>Draft, edit, review, and proofread bid content, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Support the creation of proposal graphics, value propositions, operating models, and other visual content to enhance submissions.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to bid best practice, content management initiatives, and the ongoing development of pursuit methodologies and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse bid performance, client feedback, and win-rate data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Key Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years&#8216; experience in bids, pursuits, proposals, or business development within legal, professional services, or a comparable environment.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience managing complex proposals and working with senior stakeholders throughout the bid lifecycle.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to transform technical information into persuasive client-facing content.<\/li>\n<li>Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other proposal management tools.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach to working
