An leading international law firm is seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator<\/strong> to join its Marketing & Client Development team in London. Supporting practice groups across the business, this role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to contribute to strategic business development initiatives within a fast-paced, collaborative legal environment.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Working closely with the Business Unit Marketing Team, you will play a key role in delivering marketing and client development activities, ensuring practice groups have the resources, data, and support required to drive growth and strengthen client relationships.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The Opportunity<\/h2>\n

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will act as a vital support resource for practice group marketing initiatives, helping to execute marketing plans, maintain essential business development materials, and coordinate a range of client-facing activities. You will work with stakeholders across the firm, providing operational excellence and helping to ensure that marketing and business development efforts are delivered to the highest standards.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Maintain and update practice area descriptions, brochures, attorney biographies, and other marketing collateral to ensure materials remain current and readily available.<\/li>\n
  • Support CRM data integrity through the maintenance of contact lists, relationship data, and audience segmentation.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate the production, assembly, and distribution of marketing materials for events, pitches, and business development initiatives.<\/li>\n
  • Produce regular reports on practice group activity, pipeline status, and business development performance using firm technologies and databases.<\/li>\n
  • Assist with the management and maintenance of the firm’s experience database, ensuring matter information and credentials are accurately captured.<\/li>\n
  • Track sponsorship commitments, key deadlines, and deliverables to ensure maximum value is achieved from marketing investments.<\/li>\n
  • Work with lawyers to facilitate updates to biographies and external legal directory profiles.<\/li>\n
  • Provide administrative and project support for strategic marketing initiatives, including legal directory and rankings submissions.<\/li>\n
  • Produce and format high-quality pitches, proposals, presentations, and client-facing documentation.<\/li>\n
  • Support the planning and delivery of business unit events, including RSVP management, attendee communications, and event materials.<\/li>\n
  • Provide additional marketing and client development support as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented marketing professional with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.<\/p>\n

    You will demonstrate:<\/p>\n

    • Previous experience within a marketing, business development, or professional services environment.<\/li>\n
    • Strong administrative and project coordination skills.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.<\/li>\n
    • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.<\/li>\n
    • Experience working with CRM systems and marketing databases.<\/li>\n
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.<\/li>\n
    • The ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.<\/li>\n
    • A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
