The business offers a collaborative and supportive environment, providing employees with the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and develop their careers within a successful and growing team.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Coordinator to join a busy and collaborative marketing and business development team. This role will support a range of strategic initiatives, helping to strengthen client relationships, raise market profile and contribute to business growth.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the preparation of pitches, proposals, capability statements and RFP responses.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update marketing collateral, credentials, trackers and BD databases.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate legal directory and award submissions, liaising with lawyers and key stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct client, market and competitor research to identify trends and business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Support practice group planning and business development initiatives focused on revenue growth.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate client events, sponsorships and marketing campaigns in partnership with internal teams.<\/li>\n<li>Utilise CRM systems and relationship intelligence tools to support client development activities.<\/li>\n<li>Track sponsorships, memberships, events and engagement activities, ensuring effective follow-up and reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Requirements<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree educated.<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years&#8216; experience in business development, marketing or a client-facing role.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience within a professional services environment, ideally legal services.<\/li>\n<li>Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using CRM systems and research platforms; knowledge of tools such as
