This is a highly visible role, working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to drive sector strategy, client development, and market positioning on a global scale.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>About the Job<\/p>\n<p>This is a strategic and commercially focused leadership role combining sector marketing, business development, and client relationship management. The successful candidate will play a key part in shaping growth initiatives, strengthening market presence, and developing relationships with priority clients worldwide.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the development and execution of the Consumer sector growth strategy, identifying market trends, client opportunities, and competitive positioning.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with senior sector leaders to shape service offerings, products, and go-to-market initiatives that drive client engagement and revenue growth.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a sector subject matter expert, collaborating with international stakeholders to promote capabilities and strengthen cross-border opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement client and market plans, leveraging insights from specialist practice groups to support strategic growth objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and develop key client relationships, identifying opportunities for retention, expansion, and cross-selling across the wider business.<\/li>\n<li>Drive pipeline development and business development activity, providing strategic input on opportunities, pursuits, and pitches.<\/li>\n<li>Design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns targeting priority clients and market segments, ensuring measurable outcomes and alignment with sector priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with partners and senior stakeholders globally while leading and developing a small marketing and business development team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Requirements<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Significant experience in a senior marketing and business development role within a professional services environment.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to develop and execute sector, client, or market growth strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Strong client development and key account management experience with a commercial and revenue-focused mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at senior leadership level.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and delivering measurable business development outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Previous team management experience with a track record of developing and mentoring individuals.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, project management, and
