They are seeking a <strong>Specification Manager<\/strong>, responsible for driving product specifications across major commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, and education projects. This role is critical in influencing project decisions at the design stage, strengthening relationships with consultants and architects, and securing long-term project pipelines. Success will be defined by the ability to increase specification wins, enhance brand presence within the architectural community, and convert specifications into commercial opportunities.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This is a senior, commercially focused role that sits at the intersection of business development, technical sales, and project engagement. The Specification Manager will work closely with architects, consultants, designers, and project stakeholders to ensure the company&#8217;s products are specified and approved on key projects.
