This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced events professional to play a key role in delivering high\u2011quality corporate hospitality, in\u2011person and virtual events that strengthen client relationships and elevate the firm&#8217;s market profile.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Working closely with Business Development, Brand and Marketing Communications teams &#8211; as well as Partners, Directors and senior fee\u2011earners &#8211; you will help shape and execute an impactful events programme aligned with strategic priorities across jurisdictions.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with Business Development colleagues to develop and deliver an events programme aligned with service line priorities and target markets.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute creative ideas for innovative formats, venues and experiences that differentiate the firm and maximise client engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Support adherence to standardised workflows, governance processes and best practice.<\/li>\n<li>Research and assess event requests, providing informed recommendations to maximise impact and ROI.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all events comply with firm policies, brand standards, financial controls and relevant regulatory considerations.<\/li>\n<li>Manage end\u2011to\u2011end delivery of a broad range of events, including seminars, webinars, conferences, roundtables, thought\u2011leadership events and industry exhibitions.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate client entertainment and corporate hospitality activities.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with colleagues across jurisdictions to provide consistent, high\u2011quality event support.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee logistics including venues, suppliers, catering, production, branding and merchandise, ensuring seamless integration with marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Manage budgets, monitor spend and identify opportunities for cost optimisation without compromising quality.<\/li>\n<li>Attend events as required to oversee delivery and stakeholder management &#8211; including occasional overseas travel.<\/li>\n<li>Manage invitations, RSVPs and attendance tracking, ensuring effective CRM integration to support client intelligence and BD activity.<\/li>\n<li>Produce post\u2011event reports covering attendance analysis, budget tracking and insights to inform future planning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills, Knowledge &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-4 years&#8216; experience in an events role, with responsibility for planning and delivering multiple corporate events simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Strong logistics, supplier coordination, budgeting and attendee management experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with CRM, email marketing and event management platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Tech\u2011savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience delivering virtual and hybrid events is desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Background in professional services or a corporate environment, with an understanding of client\u2011focused standards and expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Confident managing competing priorities in a fast\u2011paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>A client\u2011service mindset
