style=\"font-size: 10pt\">My Client is looking for a <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Head of Marketing Operations, Data &amp; Insights<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> to ensure our BD &amp; Marketing function operates efficiently, delivers high-quality client experiences, and enables insight-led decision-making across the firm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10pt\">What You&#8217;ll Lead<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Client Experience &amp; Insight<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Build and run the firmwide client feedback programme.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Use insights to drive consistent, high-quality client experiences.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10pt\">CRM, Data &amp; Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead the rollout, adoption, and governance of a new CRM system.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain high-quality data and deliver dashboards that inform decision-making.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Martech &amp; Supplier Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Own the full marketing technology stack and ensure tools are integrated and effective.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage suppliers, contracts, and platform performance.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Process &amp; Workflow Improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Create efficient workflows for creative, events and marketing requests.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure processes are documented, consistent, and scalable.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Team Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage and support the CRM, Insights and Events team.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Oversee the marketing operations budget.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10pt\">About You<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experienced in marketing operations, CRM, or data roles within professional services or a similar environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong in CRM adoption, analytics, reporting, and data quality management.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Skilled at improving workflows and operational processes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experienced with client feedback programmes and insight generation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong commercial awareness and confident in managing suppliers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborative leader, process-minded, and able to influence stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align:
