Internal Communications & Engagement Advisor
Working with a global law firm with headquarters in London and offices across major international markets. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract, focusing on the development and implementation of high quality content for firms internal channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Content production for intranet and internal publications for partners, associates and business services professionals, ensuring content is timely, informative and engaging.
- Video development working with the video producer or self-created.
- Other content creation, such as infographics, banners, reels to supplement campaigns.
- Assist with the preparation/content organisation for major internal broadcast events.
- Work on building internal communications templates.
- Monthly reporting and analytics.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a communications role, preferably with a focus on internal communications.
- Tertiary education either in communications, PR, marketing or a related field.
- Experience in developing and executing internal communications materials.
- High attention to detail and experience editing written content.
- Organised and deadline oriented, with the ability to prioritise different workloads.
- Experienced storyteller – the ability to tell engaging and powerful stories through words and video.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
