Are you a data‑driven, systems‑focused marketing operations leader looking to make a real impact? This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the infrastructure, processes, and insights that power a national professional services firm with a strong purpose-led culture.

My Client is looking for a Head of Marketing Operations, Data & Insights to ensure our BD & Marketing function operates efficiently, delivers high-quality client experiences, and enables insight-led decision-making across the firm.

What You’ll Lead

Client Experience & Insight

  • Build and run the firmwide client feedback programme.
  • Use insights to drive consistent, high-quality client experiences.

CRM, Data & Reporting

  • Lead the rollout, adoption, and governance of a new CRM system.
  • Maintain high-quality data and deliver dashboards that inform decision-making.

Martech & Supplier Management

  • Own the full marketing technology stack and ensure tools are integrated and effective.
  • Manage suppliers, contracts, and platform performance.

Process & Workflow Improvement

  • Create efficient workflows for creative, events and marketing requests.
  • Ensure processes are documented, consistent, and scalable.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and support the CRM, Insights and Events team.
  • Oversee the marketing operations budget.

About You

  • Experienced in marketing operations, CRM, or data roles within professional services or a similar environment.
  • Strong in CRM adoption, analytics, reporting, and data quality management.
  • Skilled at improving workflows and operational processes.
  • Experienced with client feedback programmes and insight generation.
  • Strong commercial awareness and confident in managing suppliers.
  • Collaborative leader, process-minded, and able to influence stakeholders.
