Marketing Coordinator

You will be responsible for executing activities for some the firm’s European entities and work closely with the sales team on new business initiatives and the marketing team in London on firm-wide projects. 

Your role will be broad and include assisting in the preparation of the sector business development plans and working with local office heads on specific plans. You will coordinate sales activities and work closely with the sales team to drive these initiatives including monitoring and reporting sales activities across the firm.  You will assist in the delivery of pitches from receipt of the invitation to tender through to submission and assist in the identification and organisation of networking opportunities. 

With regard to marketing communications, you will be responsible for local PR initiatives, branding and corporate identity, event management and project management of corporate literature.
