PR Manager

You will provide strategic guidance to the management and help them communicate key messages within the firm and to assist them to raise their profile within the wider marketplace.

You will develop and ensure delivery of a media relations plan to support and reinforce the firm's strategic objectives and brand.  You will work with the wider business development team to identify themes and issues that can be developed into thought leadership pieces and focused client communications.  You will personally build, and encourage fee earners to develop key relationships with editors and journalists in the legal, business and financial press.  You will also support the international offices and manage a small team.

With previous experience within a similar environment an advantage, you will have the ability to gain credibility and influence the partners quickly.  In addition to a successful communications career to date, you will possess excellent coaching, delegation and development skills.
