Rebecca Ellis
Professional Services, Senior Level
Rebecca joined Carter Murray to develop the recruitment of marketing professionals into legal and other professional service firms. Rebecca was previously a consultant at Chambers & Partners where she spent four years recruiting in the legal sector. She works with most of the UK's top law firms, both in London and the regions, specialising in the recruitment of senior roles from manager through to director and is increasingly working for accountancy and other professional services firms.

Susanna Wright
Professional Services, Senior Level
Susanna joined Carter Murray with five years’ experience of legal marketing. She was at Clifford Chance in the central marketing team with particular responsibility for managing client events. She then joined regional firm Mills & Reeve where she worked with the corporate services team. Susanna specialises in the recruitment of marketing assistants and executives for legal and professional services firms.

Liz Chappell
Professional Services, up to £40,000
Liz Chappell joined Carter Murray with many years of marketing and business development experience within professional services, working at firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG. Her most recent role was in the legal sector where she was Assistant Head of Marketing for the London office of a US law firm. Liz specialises in the recruitment of marketing and business development candidates to managerial level for professional services firms.

Rachel Evison
Professional Services, up to £40,000
Rachel graduated from Leicester University with a Psychology and Sociology degree, prior to completing an MA in Child Law and Policy at Brunel University. After 2 years as a Promotions and Sales Manager with Budweiser, Rachel joined the private practice team at Brewer Morris in 2006. Rachel moved across to Carter Murray in May 2008 to work alongside Liz specialising in professional services marketing roles up to £40,000.

Max Flinkenberg
Financial Services, Senior Level
Max joined Carter Murray in 2007 to focus on expanding into marketing in the financial services sector. Max previously held various marketing and sales positions in professional services and FMCG before coming into the recruitment industry.

Jen Kroiter

Jen graduated with a Law degree in 2006 before gaining 18 months experience at a Recruitment to Recruitment Firm where she recruited graduates into mainly Financial and IT Recruitment Consultancies and Executive Search Firms. In April 2008 she joined Carter Murray to continue to develop the team’s specialisation recruiting marketing professionals into the financial services sector. Jen focuses on the recruitment of roles from assistant through to Senior Executive.

Fionnuala Munnelly
Middle East
Fionnuala Munnelly joined Carter Murray in April 2008 to launch the brand in the Middle East, based in Dubai. She graduated with an honours degree in International marketing with languages and started her career as a marketing executive with KPMG. Over the past eight years, she has focused on starting up and developing financial and professional marketing recruitment teams at Hudson and Witan Jardine.
